Appointment Scheduling

All appointments are scheduled in advance via WhatsApp. I typically book clients 3-5 days in advance. Weekend appointments fill quickly — booking 1-2 weeks ahead is recommended for Saturday slots.

Only 3-4 slots available per week
Selective booking ensures quality and attention for each client.

Payment

No deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods:

  • M-Pesa (Paybill/Till number provided at booking)
  • Cash

For large installations, payment plans may be available — just ask in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the slot to another client.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability. No deposit is required — just mutual respect for each other's time.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Installations take 4-8 hours and need the full time allocated.

  • 5-15 minutes late: Appointment shortened by time missed (full price still applies)
  • 15-30 minutes late: May need to reschedule if insufficient time remains
  • 30+ minutes late: Considered a no-show — must reschedule

Note: If I am running behind, I will notify you in advance via WhatsApp.

Preparation Requirements

  • Wash your hair 1-2 days before your appointment with a clarifying shampoo. No oils, conditioners, or styling products after washing.
  • Come with clean, dry, product-free hair.
  • Eat before your appointment — installations can take 4-8 hours.
  • Bring entertainment (headphones, books) as needed.
  • Wear comfortable clothing — you'll be sitting for several hours.

Children & Guests

  • No children under 12 unless they are the client receiving service.
  • 1 guest maximum for maintenance appointments only.
  • No guests for installation appointments (space is very limited).

Communication

All communication is via WhatsApp. I typically respond within minutes during business hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat). Messages sent after hours will receive a response the next business day.

House Call Service

House calls are available upon request.

  • Transport fee: KES 1,000 - KES 3,000 depending on location (discussed at booking).
  • Minimum 2 hours for house call appointments.
  • Client must provide adequate lighting, seating, and power outlet.
  • 48 hours' notice for cancellation.

Important Notes

  • No deposit required — just confirm your booking and show up.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice. Your quoted price at booking is honored.
  • Health & safety: If you are unwell (flu, fever, etc.), please reschedule — no fee for illness-related cancellations.
